Chief Operating Officer

As the COO, Tindol Hereford brings a passion for empowering individuals within the IDD community. Since joining Four K Health Care in 2019, Tindol has led efforts to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining a high standard of care. Driven by a commitment to making a positive impact, Tindol is focused on supporting both our clients and the team dedicated to their care.

Amber Gregg

Office Manager

Amber Gregg, an East Texas native, combines her background in law with healthcare administration. Known for her organizational skills and compassionate approach, Amber plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family at the beach and river, creating lasting memories with her fiancé and bonus children.

Lora Labelle

Executive Assistant

Lora Labelle provides vital support to our executive team, bringing excellent organizational skills and a dedication to confidentiality. A graduate in Health Information Technology and Medical Billing and Coding, Lora ensures that Four K Health Care operates efficiently and effectively. In her free time, Lora loves traveling and relaxing with a good show.

Thad Hudnall

Billing Supervisor

With a background in Medicaid billing, Thad Hudnall has earned a reputation for his precision and dedication. Recently promoted to Billing Supervisor, Thad excels in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all billing processes. Outside of work, he enjoys creative hobbies like building models, reflecting his attention to detail and passion for hands-on projects.

Donna Panzarino

Alternate Administrator & Registered Nurse

Donna Panzarino brings over five years of dedicated service to Four K Health Care. Known for her compassionate, client-centered approach, Donna combines her clinical expertise with an unwavering commitment to quality care. In her personal time, Donna enjoys traveling, reconnecting with friends, and spending time with family.
